"I was born in Mytilene of Lesvos (Lesbos) in 1955 where I live today.
I am working as business consultant in the field of product promotion and advertising.
For many years I am focusing systematically on local traditional cuisine particularly with the ones of Lesbos and Lemnos, rediscovering and reviving the gastronomic tradition of the North Aegean region.

In March 2003 I formed and produced the MENU for the 'MONTH OF GREEK GASTRONOMY' in the German Railroad (DB) and railway stations restaurants and bistros throughout Germany.
For more than three years now, I produce and present the popular TV program 'PANOREXIA' with subject discovering and presenting old traditional recipies from Lesbos and Lemnos.
I organize events through out Greece and abroad under the general title 'GOURMET ROUTES' with the aim to spread out the gastronomic paradise of the North Aegean region and the pure products of the islands.

My books invite you to discover the exquisite tastes of everything that brings the famous Lesvos island pure olive oil, the great variety of the wines of Lemnos island and my great love, the famous ouzo of Mytilene, with his little but important gourmet tips how and with what we shall drink it. Tips that I've discovered, one by one, in the countless coffee-shops and taverns in the villages and small fishing-ports on Lesbos and Lemnos."
